DETAILS OF FABRIC USED FOR TOY TENT AND SLEEPING BAGS
Pink cotton fabric with black, light pink and white flower print. Sleeping
bags have white lining and contain batting for loft.

• Tent popped up - 12” (30.5 cm) length x 12” (30.5 cm) width x 12.25” (31 cm)

• Sleeping bags, 2 included - 11.5”(29 cm) length x 5.25” (13.5 cm) width each

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS
• Fabric is attached to a 12” (30.5 cm) x 12” (30.5 cm) x .25” (.75 cm) piece
of plywood with non toxic glue to create a sturdy base.
• All visible seams are stitched and finished with a serger to prevent
raveling and give the inside of the tent a finished look. At the top the seams
are triple stitched and fabric is doubled to increase durability and strength.
• Door opening is finished with white bias tape.
• Ties used to keep the door rolled up are pieces of white ribbon.
• A steel rod is inserted into a fabric casing above the door to help keep the
toy tent open when it is popped up and provides support.
• A 3/8” dowel with dowel caps is used to keep the tent popped up. The dowel
caps are attached with non-toxic glue. They make the ends safer and prevent the
dowel from damaging the top.
• Round vinyl window with lace border on each side.

TOY POP UP TENT INSTRUCTIONS (included with each tent)
1) Lift top with fabric loop. Place one end of dowel in center of top and
slide other end on base of tent to a vertical position.
2) Keep door open by rolling under and tying in place.
3) Grasp lower end of dowel and remove to fold flat for storage. Store dowel
in tent to avoid misplacing it.
